Best thing about rainy days is when the rain stops and the air is chilled but the sun is beaming brightly onto clean glistening buildings and streets! (at least cleaner than before the rain...)

Shoulda prepared for an Ebay Halloween!

Adult Costumes aren't cheap, and i am going through Ebay and noticing that these costumes are pretty much the same prices as the ones you can buy in the store! Imagine if everyone held on to their store bought costumes (kept the package and didn't wreck them), and even kept some of the extra accessories they bought with it... they could probably earn all their money back!

Fridays ROCK!

Yeah! It's the weekend again!

Finished my edited videos from my Sequoia trip and they fit nicely on a VCD. We got one of those universal DVD/VCD/MP3 players so all our little movies can be put on CD-Rom and played on the TV! Everyone should get one! :)

It's Kid-Weekend this week. We're baby-sitting Herm's nephew for possibly 2 nites... hope we survive!! :) That means we're planning McDonald lunches, going to parks to get him tired so he'll sleep well, and seeing SharkSlayer if he behaves. Then there's a bday party for our friend's 4 and 2 year old kids... it will be bouncy house and balloon puppets for sure!

Weekend Recap

Boot Camp Challenge - Herman, Byron & Aaron thought it'd be fun to run 3 miles and have marines yell at them to go over obstacles on a Military camp in San Diego. They did pretty good - considering there were a bunch of people there that looked like they do this type of exercise every day. And they still had energy to toss Frisbees at each other at Torrey Pines beach later that afternoon...

Sam's First Birthday - Baby Sam turned 1 this month and boy was it Babiesville in that house! Never a dull moment from Backdraft BBQ moments to creepy Lion King Dolls saying "I'm getting tired".

Let's just say i need a weekend to recover from the weekend now. :)

watch out for moldy baby pumpkins

About 2 weeks ago a coworker cubicle neighbor gave us each a cute little Pumpkin in anticipation of Halloween...

I proudly displayed it on the top of one of my cubicle walls. A few days ago someone noticed it was all moldy!

So my advice is to keep an eye on those little buggers! Say No to Mold.
