trial period - Gorillaz

When the last Gorillaz album came out, i was hooked on that album for months. The songs all seemed to have that addictive beat... sometimes mellow, sometimes upbeat. So many of my edited video clips used Gorillaz songs in the background... a true testimony to it's universal ability to become my life's mini soundtrack.

Tonight I saw that Tower had a new Gorillaz album on sale (aka, still too expensive) and I took a gamble and bought it without hearing a peep about it yet on any radio stations. Listening to it now, and so far it's got potential... but it's still not sinking in.



So glad it's a 3 day weekend. The last 2 days at work were quite draining. I'm going to try not to think about next Tuesday, if i can help it.
